• Ensure the company’s compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and licensing obligations, including ongoing MiCAR requirements.
• Represent the company in regulatory, commercial, and public affairs.
• Contribute to the development of the business plan and ensure adequate resource allocation to meet strategic and operational objectives.
