  • Experience working in an international evironment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy for both numerical and written work is essential for this role.
  • Ability to manage sensitive data.
  • The ability to manage heavy workloads, to meet deadlines and deliver consistently high standards of work by planning and prioritising effectively.
  • Basic level of knowledge of employment law, Compensation & Benefit and mobility.
  • An advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel, capable of managing and presenting data accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact across all levels of the organisation.

HR Operations aims to further enhance and maintain effective administrative processes. The HR Operations team is responsible for maintaining a high service level and communication related to different HR areas. The HR Operations Generalist is responsible for HR related systems, registrations, administration and other HR related operations, including first line employee and managers queries and communication.

HR Operations

  • Responsible for HR related systems, registrations, administration and other HR related operational tasks.
  • Host the weekly HR team meeting and process all updates.
  • Ensure correct registration data employees in HR system solutions: manage GTDB, MyHR, LMS, Anaplan, Arbodienst, including monthly internal and external reports.
  • Support on the various audits, impacting the HR department.
  • Manage the mobility/immigration coordination (incl. vendor management) for expats & local staff (i.e. visa registration, 30% ruling)
  • Updating HR operational risks and controls in the system (Archer).


Recruitment & onboarding

  • Responsible for onboarding process: drafting contracts, employee administration analytics, VOG, 2nd Tier (if applicable).
  • Manages that all new joiners conduct the Bankers Oath in compliance with regulations.


Core HR

  • First point of contact for staff in advising on all HR related topics.
  • Manage the shared HR inbox and make sure all emails are handled by the appointed person.
  • Support the European offices from an OPS report perspective.
  • Coordinate the offboarding process (updating systems, inform payroll and third parties).
  • Various projects which involve HR analytics or general HR administration.


Sick leave

  • Registration of sick leave in the applicable systems.
  • Run reports on sick leave and foresee trends.


Payroll & leave

  • Managing leave process, monitor compliance of self-service around holiday/special leave and draft confirmation letters to confirm special leaves requests such as parental/maternity leave, vitality leave etc.
  • Responsible for administration registration and documentation (UWV).
