Restructure and reshape the HR department for Europe; partner with cluster leadership on organisational design, performace and reward.

  • Set and implement the HR policy that stays consistent across all European entities and credible in each local labor environment
  • Advise executive leadership with data, on both individual talent matters and workforce strategy
  • Run cross-border HR projects that align with global policy, strategy, and country plans
  • Represent with works councils, unions, and external partners
