  • A Bachelor’s or Academic degree (preferably in HRM or related field).
  • 8–10 years of HR experience, including advisory/business partnering roles.
  • A solid understanding of labor law, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Experience implementing regional/global HR initiatives locally.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills — in English and Dutch.
  • Pragmatism, empathy, and the confidence to challenge constructively.

  • HR Policies & Projects – Design and implement local HR policies (e.g. health, flexible working) and ensure alignment with European and global initiatives.
  • Guide & Advise – Advise managers and employees on HR topics; conduct assessments and gap analyses.
  • In- & Outflow – Support recruitment and exit processes; coordinate with contract agencies; initiate local employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Team.
  • People Development – Identify training needs, set up development programs, and support performance improvement across teams.
  • Organizational Development – Partner with management and Finance to assess capacity needs and drive change.
  • Conflict Mediation – Resolve conflicts and support a positive work environment; contribute to action planning.
  • Talent & Performance Management – Support succession planning, 9-box calibration, and performance reviews in coordination with the Talents.
  • Compliance & Audits – Ensure alignment with legal requirements, CLA, and internal standards.
  • Other HR related projects such as M&A, reorganisation, restructuring.
