We are seeking a proactive and analytically strong risk professional with expertise in Asset and Liability Management, who thrives in dynamic environments where frameworks are still evolving and creative problem-solving is essential.

Profile:

  • 7+ years of experience in risk management or financial services consultancy, with a focus on ALM and liquidity or market risk.
  • Strong quantitative skills and familiarity with risk models and metrics.
  • Proven experience with regulatory frameworks and supervisory processes.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for building and improving.

As a Senior Risk Manager, you will be a central figure in our second line of defense, with a strong emphasis on Asset and Liability Management and liquidity oversight. You’ll support the Head of Risk in maintaining a comprehensive view of the bank’s risk profile and play a leading role in shaping our risk strategy. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, offering a unique opportunity to influence both the direction and the detail of our risk management approach.

Key responsibilities:

    • Lead risk monitoring and analysis across market risk, liquidity and ALM. Provide guidance to junior and medior risk managers and ensure high-quality risk reporting.
    • Drive and enhance ICAAP/ILAAP processes and support SREP-related activities.
    • Monitor adherence to the bank’s risk appetite and contribute to strategic decision-making around balance sheet structure and funding.
    • Refine and improve risk policies, systems, and governance frameworks.
    • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across treasury, finance,compliance, and business lines. Lead cross-functional initiatives and horizontal projects.
