As Director Compliance you will be responsible for leading and further strengthening the compliance function. You will manage a team of compliance professionals and ensure that the organisation has a robust, effective and future-proof compliance framework. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior management and work closely with product, operations, legal, risk and technology teams. You will also represent the organisation in interactions with regulators, auditors and external stakeholders. This role requires a senior compliance leader who combines strategic judgement with hands-on execution. You know how to build structure, improve processes and embed compliance in a fast-moving organisation. Key areas of focus include AML, KYC, sanctions, transaction monitoring, data protection, governance, regulatory engagement and international expansion.
