  • A Bachelor's or Academic degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • At least 3-4 years' experience is required.
  • Thorough knowledge of Greek accounting laws and regulations is preferred, like German GAAP and Greek GAAP.
  • Strong MS Office skills and knowledge of SUN6 and Q&A11 are desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English, preferably with experience responding to enquiries from stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Greek is preferable.
  • Numerate, well-organized, strong interpersonal and team-working skills, solutions-oriented, self-starter, and hands-on.
  • Willingness to travel abroad to Germany and Greece as required.

  • Monitoring and assessing internal and external developments in financial reporting and ensure timely and correct implementation.
  • Advising and supporting the CFO and Finance Manager on issues in the field of accounting or reporting relating to the branches and HQ.
  • Ensuring compliance with tools and onboarding branches into Group tools and software.
  • Preparing the monthly and quarterly management accounts and annual statutory/ local regulatory financial statements and filings.
  • Preparing tax filings and coordinate with CIT, VAT, and WHT specialists for all branches, assisting with consolidation into HQ
  • Managing the treasury, including credit control and payments, for TMBV overall, encompassing all branches.
  • Supervising local, external, internal, and interim audit processes, serving as the primary point of contact for auditors.
  • Overseeing the financial records' control environment and continuously assessing its effectiveness as the company grows and changes.
  • Collaborating with different key function holders to understand and document data
  • Recommending improvements to processes and procedures and involvement in their implementation.
  • Creating, improving, and automating reporting methods to ensure processes are established and documented.
  • Collaborating on projects with the CFO, and senior executives as needed.
  • Providing assistance with various finance and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Travelling to branch locations (Greece and Germany) as needed.
